About Psychoanalysis

Everybody encounters difficulties in life. Sometimes it might seem that one encounters the same difficulties over and over again.

Psychoanalysis offers a way of working creatively with these difficulties. It is a journey one takes through speaking, along which one might discover insights about oneself and others.

These are examples of some of the problems psychoanalysis can help with:

- Anxiety

- Depression

- Relationship difficulties

- Grief, loss and bereavement

- Trauma

- And many more…
